POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to our Family Law Attorneys in managing divorce and family law cases.
The ideal candidate will have experience in legal research, document preparation, client communication, and case management.

We navigate the complexities of family court to protect the rights and interest of men and fathers so the children get the best of both parents.
OBJECTIVES
- Assist the Family Law Attorneys in all aspects of case management, including drafting motions, pleadings, memoranda, analyze discovery demands and responses, correspondence, and care information statements.
- Analyze tax and other financial documents.
- Conduct legal research on case-related issues and prepare summaries for attorney review.
- Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and accessible.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status.
- Assist in preparation for court appearances, including assembling exhibits and organizing case materials.
- Coordinate with external parties such as court personnel, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses as needed.
- Maintain calendars and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to provide comprehensive support.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Paralegal in a law firm setting.
- Familiarity with family law procedures and terminology preferred.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
