Highland Cabinetry Inc. is seeking skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaing and adminsitrating our IT assets as well as provide crucial IT support for the IT team.
Position Responsibilities
- User administration to all company software’s as assigned.
- Provide day to day assistance and problem solving on NetSuite operations and errors.
- Provide assistance and complete tasks assigned by the Systems Administration and Developer position.
- Install desktops, portable computers, peripherals, and software.
- Perform software and hardware upgrades and installations involving multiple computers, printers,
- multi-printers, and peripherals.
- Detect, diagnose, research solutions, and resolve desktop and portable computer software and hardware failures.
- Provide users with information, guidance, and instruction on use of desktop and portable computer hardware and software.
- Prepare progress / status reports and submit to team leads as required.
- Contact and effectively communicate with users by telephone, electronic communications, or in
- person.
- Analyze and assess customer service requests and provide prompt technical solutions.
- Prepare equipment for reuse or surplus of property actions.
- Coordinate the disassembly and reinstallation of IT equipment in support of office relocations and new buildings / locations.
Work Location & Schedule
- 20 Hours per Week
- Schedule : 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm
- Work Location : Position is mandatory on-site
