Remote - Sr Technical Sourcer- RPO Consultant

As a Senior Technical Sourcer supporting our client, you will be an integral part of our Talent Solutions team. You will collaborate closely with our client and leverage your expertise to identify top Executives using creative sourcing strategies.

Your ability to present data-driven insights and think outside the box will be instrumental in building a robust talent pipeline.

1. Identify and implement sourcing strategies based on the job position by creatively conducting research and / or utilizing a multitude of resources.

Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, database mining, complex internet searches, etc.

as required for ManpowerGroup clients.

• Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a highly qualified pool of candidates.
• Manage referral sources as well as other identified sourcing channels.
• Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members.
• Train another recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking groups, and / or sites.

2. Work with Recruiters to identify gaps in the sourcing plan and develop a go-forward strategy to identify a pipeline of candidates for hard-to-fill positions

3. Identify, screen, and submit qualified candidates to the Recruiting Team based on the provided job description

• Assist with job requisition / description development.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful applicants.
• Maintain knowledge of how many resumes need to be generated for open positions.

4. ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance

• Enter and maintain candidate information into the applicant tracking system daily.
• Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using an applicant tracking system.
• Create, file and maintain a filing system for resumes, applications, and miscellaneous paperwork.
• Resume conversion and application maintenance.
• 5 years of proven experience as a Senior Executive Sourcer
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to provide market insights.
• Creative thinker with a passion for using unconventional sourcing methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Sourcing experience with major tech companies is highly desired.
• Experience recruiting Technical (front-end developers, full stack, back end, etc.), and Non-Technical Roles working for a Large Tech Company.
• Live around the Atlanta, GA area, must be able to go to the office in Atlanta as needed.
