Reliability Technician (Levels II and III)
Your key responsibilities will include :
Under the supervision and direction of the Maintenance leadership team, to successfully perform this job, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
- Create and follow maintenance standard operating procedures for assigned machines.
- Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
- Listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problems or repair machine.
- Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
- Clean and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
- Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe and air systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
- Work with maintenance department to order fabrication of machine parts, jigs and fixtures, blades and tools needed to maintain assigned equipment.
Key qualifications we want from you :
- Associate degree / Technical Diploma in Maintenance / Skilled Trades related field and / or 3+ years of experience in maintenance related role supporting high speed machinery.
- 3+ years of experience related to PLC troubleshooting, repair, programming.
