Who We Are

PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration.

We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.

What You’ll Do

The Product Owner will be responsible for leading the design and development of PCMI lender compliance products. This role reports into the product organization, with day-to-day functional reporting to Vice President, Solutions.

In this role, you will :

  • Partner with the VP of Solutions, on product vision and strategy.
  • Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog based on product strategy.
  • Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams.
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy.
  • Mitigate roadblocks to achieve sprint / release goals.
  • Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
  • Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.
  • Lead the design of products and features, from initial concept through to final implementation for PCMI dealer services products.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure our products meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Create high-fidelity designs.
  • Apply a data-driven approach to design, incorporating user feedback and analytics into the design process.
  • Travel to events and trade shows.

What You’ll Need to Join Our Team

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development, preferably in the financial or automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to work with hybrid teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven experience in product management, with the ability to lead a product from idea to launch.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Expert in Microsoft tech stack.
