Conduct surveys with candidates and employees, ensuring accurate data collection
Explain the purpose and importance of the survey to participants
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations when handling sensitive information
Record responses accurately and efficiently
Follow set guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency in data collection
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the survey process
Identify and report any issues or concerns that may arise during the survey process
