About the Role
The Deputy Head of Office Technology and Field Services is pivotal at SS&C Technologies, serving as the right hand to the Head of Office Technology and Field Services.
This position is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of our office technology and field services teams, ensuring the delivery of top-tier support and services to our employees worldwide.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for operating model enhancement, employee engagement, and customer experience improvement.
- Lead and mentor international teams and senior managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Drive effective program and organizational communication, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Oversee financial management within the department, including budgeting and cost optimization.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance and control standards to ensure service excellence.
- Champion continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Uphold Service Management Governance protocols to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Analyze business opportunities, defining scope and requirements for new projects.
- Lead project teams from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery and integration.
- Oversee the management of the company’s field service operations, coordinating a team of skilled field service technicians.
- Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of services, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategic goals and objectives that align with customer needs and company vision.
- Manage the operating service budget, allocating resources for cost-effective results.
- Drive revenue growth for remote and onsite end-user support as part of the CTO office IT Managed Services.
Your Experience
- Minimum of a Master’s degree and 8 years of related experience.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience, or a high school degree and 12 years of related experience.
- Proven experience in leadership and change management, particularly in a technology-focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability in quality improvement and service management governance.
- Track record of successful program implementation from conception to completion.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead international and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by addressing complex issues.
- Understand the unique challenges faced by front office financial services.
