Expected Work Schedule :

We offer flexible full or part-time schedules, with occasional overtime or weekend commitments for events and our annual IFI retreat.

Pay Structure :

IFI provides comprehensive training to equip Champaign Urbana Ministry Coordinators in personal fundraising. You'll develop a team of partners to cover financial needs such as salary, benefits, and ministry expenses.

Expect a competitive salary range of $25,709 to $80,000 based on experience and other factors.

Responsibilities of a Champaign Urbana Ministry Coordinator :

The University of Illinois has almost 13,000 international students from over 100 countries, which is the sixth largest international student population center in the country.

This is an excellent university in so many ways, which draws key students from all over the world. The 2022-23 U.S. News & World Report's America's Best Colleges rankings rated U of I as the number 13 public university and the number 41 national university.

This position is part of the Champaign-Urbana ministry team and requires the candidate to live near the campus on which they will be serving.

As a Champaign Urbana Ministry Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in campus ministry to international students, fostering church relations, and coordinating volunteers.

Your duties include organizing cultural activities, leading Bible discussion groups, mentoring students, establishing church partnerships, and managing volunteer recruitment and activities.

Qualifications and Spiritual Characteristics :

Candidates must align with IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies. We seek individuals of strong character who faithfully extend God's love globally by effectively communicating in diverse cultural contexts.

Education / Experience Preferred :

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, along with demonstrated experience in mobilizing, training, and ministering to people.

Cross-cultural ministry experience is highly desirable.
