Job Description :
- 4 years of core project management experience.
- Overall experience of 6 to 12 years Experienced with handling projects in enterprise web content management systems AEM preferred.
- Good understanding of Agile methodology.
- Advance knowledge of industry standard Project Management methodologies like PMP Sound understanding of SDLC in the Banking and or Capital Markets domain.
- Good in preparing developing project schedules estimation establishing measures and milestones definition scoping tracking etc.
- Managing program project related risks according to the Project Management Policy
- Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of Project management tools such as MS Project Plan Domain.
- Strong experience in Insurance and or Financial Services Domain.
Desired Skills :
- Experience working with global teams.
- Experienced with handling projects in enterprise web content management systems AEM Ability to influence and negotiate with senior management and lead project teams.
Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor s Degree in Technology Master s Degree in Management is highly preferred.
