Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose customized solutions that suit their requirements
• Promote sales through various channels, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Display and showcase attractive real estate properties to potential buyers
• Conduct research and perform comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales is a plus
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Pleasant, friendly, and trustworthy demeanor
• Familiarity with MS Office tools
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older
