The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for managing both external and internal communications to ensure consistent, clear, and engaging messaging.
This role requires a creative thinker with strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various communication channels.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement communication strategies to align with the company’s goals and vision.
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and internal announcements.
- Manage Sharpcontra’s social media presence, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to create compelling content for different platforms.
- Coordinate media relations, responding to inquiries and organizing press interviews.
- Monitor and analyze communication campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness.
- Organize and support communication efforts for corporate events and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
Skills Required :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of PR strategies and experience in media relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and CMS systems.
- Experience in content creation and storytelling is a plus.
