A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to support various human resources activities and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level responses to employee questions on HR topics such as payroll and benefitsFacilitate employee onboarding and coordinate transaction processing for employeesSupport HR projects and provide operational reporting for compliance and ad-hoc requestsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required1-2 years of experience in an administrative or similar support rolePrior experience in HR preferred with a strong desire to develop in Human ResourcesProficient with Microsoft Office;

SharePoint and prior HRIS experience a plusAbility to handle sensitive and confidential situations with a high level of interpersonal skills
