The Terraces at Bonita Springs is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Resident Services position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Bonita Springs, FL.
Job Type : Full-Time
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and overseeing the resident experience for independent living, including Wellness, Housekeeping, Transportation, and Concierge services.
Acts as management's primary conduit to independent living residents for routine service matters, including the move-in / out process, and the continuum of care.
Works closely with other departmental leaders to deliver premier hospitality services.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree is preferred
Current state Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is preferred
Minimum of five years' related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a senior living environment
