Job Title : Sales Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative (Shipping and Sales Support)
Location : Onsite in Wilsonville, OR
Duration : 6-month contract with potential for extension
Pay Rate : $25-30 per hour
Job Description : LHH Recruitment is seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative who will be key in providing exceptional service to our client's customers.
You will support their sales team, input and process customer orders, and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
We are seeking candidates who ideally have B2B, sales support or inside sales experience who have worked with an ERP or SAP system.
Our client has been in business for over 50 years and has a reputation for outstanding service, this person will contribute to maintaining that reputation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Create quotes, enter and manage purchase orders.
- Work closely with the Sales team to provide solutions to customer issues.
- Assist with returns and updating the ERP system.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, updating the ERP system accordingly.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of sales support, inside sales, or B2B customer service experience.
- College Degree highly preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience using Salesforce, Sage 100, or another CRM, ERP or SAP system is a big plus.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and reliability also very important.
