Art Director / Senior Designer
A Growing a B2C health and wellness company is hiring for an Art Director / Senior Designer to bring creative innovation and excellence to the brand's presence across various channels.
The Art Director / Sr. Designer will partner with the creative team and understand the brand to deliver strong conceptual ideas and carry through to seamless design execution.
The Art Director / Sr Designer should have a refined eye for layouts, packaging, creative direction to visualize and transform the products into the digital world.
Responsibilities :
- Concept campaigns and brand moments, bringing creative innovation and excellence to all projects across all channels
- Working with creative, marketing and product teams, you will work on concept development to final production of shoots for product photography as well as hands-on design for email, packaging design, UX / UI and social posts, paid ads and templates
- Design and develop world-class 2D / 3D print and packaging collateral
- Define and maintain standards, including logo sizing, spacing, typography, and color
- Lead the visual aspects of brand design to ensure they are visually compelling and align with the brand's identity and quality standards
- Uphold brand guidelines while expanding on guidelines and pushing creative boundaries
- Provide design feedback to the creative team on brand work to continuously elevate the work and ensure layouts adhere to digital and print best practices.
- Collaborate with the creative team on new ideas and concepts
Qualifications :
- 7+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or a related field, with a portfolio that supports a range of experience of design concepts and execution
- A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital art, or a related field
- High proficiency in Adobe Suite programs
- Strong creative thinking capabilities and problem-solving skills
- A high attention to detail with the ability to keep digital assets organized
- A record of being an effective and empowering creative leader
- Prior people management experience, with an ability to mentor and inspire a small team
- An ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills and feedback skills, with an ability to give, and receive feedback, and incorporate constructive feedback in a collaborative manner
- Previous experience in health, wellness, beauty, skincare, or luxury retail preferred
