JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage and support operations by obtaining goods and / or services required by the organization
- Manage Indirect Operations (e.g., Office Supplies, Computers, Travel, Maintenance, Machine Parts, etc.)
- Support Direct Operations (e.g., Raw Materials and Services for Manufacturing, Production or Construction; Products for Retail, etc.)
- Responsible for procurement processes such as : Product / Service Sourcing
- Responsible for Supplier Selection
- Continuously challenging the supplier's performance through negotiations for existing parts and / or services to increase efficiency
- Responsible for Pricing / Terms Negotiation .
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Works independently with general supervision.
- Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.
- May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
