Role Overview :

As a Systems and Operations Specialist at Ramirez Hospitality Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems and processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize various software platforms integral to our daily operations, including Toast Payroll, Service M8 for dispatching, JOLT for restaurant standardization, and R365 for inventory management.

Additionally, you will generate reports and provide insights to the Director of Restaurant Operations and the Director of Operations to support decision-making and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Toast Payroll Management :

Oversee the payroll process using the Toast platform, ensuring accurate and timely payments to all employees. Work in conjunction with finance team.

Collaborate with the HR department to address any payroll-related issues or discrepancies.

Stay up to date on employee termination for each location. Information collected from office manager and Senior Operations Assistant.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Service M8 Dispatching :

Utilize Service M8 to efficiently dispatch service calls and manage technician schedules.

Coordinate with service technicians to ensure prompt response and resolution of service requests.

Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in dispatching processes.

JOLT Restaurant Standardization :

Implement and maintain standardized operating procedures using the JOLT platform.

Train staff on the use of JOLT for task management and compliance tracking.

Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality, cleanliness, and service standards.

R365 Inventory Management :

Set up inventory for each restaurant and maintain up to date inventory checks.

Manage inventory levels and ordering processes through the R365 platform.

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Optimize inventory processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

Qualifications :

Previous experience with the specified software platforms (Toast, Service M8, JOLT, R365) preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Knowledge of payroll and inventory management principles is an asset.
