Acara Solutions is seeking a highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our customer in Cerritos, CA as a Damage Assessment Technician.
Here is what you will get : Pay Rate : $19 - $27 / hr Depending on ExperienceResponsibilities : -Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic devices, equipment, and systems to identify issues, malfunctions, and defects.
- Utilize testing equipment, schematics, and technical documentation to diagnose and isolate problems within electronic circuits and components.
- Perform repairs and replacements on faulty components, such as integrated circuits, brushless motors, propellers, and other parts.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality control checks after repairs to ensure the proper functioning and reliability of repaired devices.
- Calibrate and adjust electronic equipment to meet manufacturer specifications and performance standards.-Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide repair solution, technical expertise and support for resolving repair related issues.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance procedures performed.-Log the proper transactions in the CRM system, verify all parts the customers requested are included in the box so they are ready for other stagesRequired Skills / Qualifications : -High school diploma or GED required-Knowledge of remote control products are required-Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft excel required-Previous experience using Internet Software;
Word Processing Software (Word, Excel); Google Docs Software -Computer proficiency-Excellent communication skillsPreferred Skills / Qualifications : -Technical degree (A.
A) or more than 6 month of electronic mechanic quality assessment experience-Knowledge of electronic terminology are preferred (ex.
