Your responsibilities will include Develop and execute the overall global supply chain strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives Collaborate with the business and key functional areas to understand the needs of the business, prioritizing focus areas for execution and aligning resources to execution Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and improve supply chain effectiveness Manage the budget for the supply chain departments, optimizing resource allocation and identifying cost-saving opportunities Develop and Manage an efficient and effective Supplier Quality Development function Bachelor's degree in a related field A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in supply chain management A minimum of five (5) years experience in a senior leadership role within a global environment A minimum of five (5) years of people leadership experience Experience managing cross-functional partnerships and collaborating with various business units Experience with supply chain technologies and digital transformation initiatives MBA or graduate degree is strongly preferred.
Experience in warehouse / logistics, strategic sourcing, trade & environmental compliance, S&OP, International Sourcing and Supplier Quality Development preferred.
