OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Allocations Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing inventory management processes, ensuring efficient allocations, and contributing to the overall success of our supply chain operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The coordinators are responsible for analyzing / maximizing allocations for Distributor stock shipments, custom orders, as well as direct drop shipments and sending this information to the Inventory allocation assistant for waving / processed in a timely manner.
- Allocate orders strategically to optimize revenue.
- Allocate to All Safety Stock holds as well as Strategic reserve accounts.
- Work with Customer Service / Strategic teams to confirm monthly forecasted shipments to ensure all allocated revenue ships as much as possible.
- Send weekly Open Order Reports with ETAs for all Distributor accounts.
- Review pending shipments to ensure all allocated orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Look at filling all demand for direct (non-Strategic) accounts on a bi-weekly basis.
- Process Transfers bi-weekly to fill direct accounts and safety stock in the US DCs on a weekly basis provide NV & MD with a priority list.
- Handle any special programs for your accounts. The buy will be placed by management, but you will be responsible for allocation / waving the units once they post.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and time management abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and capability to self-prioritize workload
- Must be an efficient user of Microsoft office tools such as excel, word, PowerPoint. must be able to create spreadsheets, charts and graphs, formulas, V-look ups, etc.
- Must have thorough understanding of ERP / MRP methodologies and all aspects of demand and supply management.
The base pay range for this position is $26 / hr-$28 / hr which represents the current range for the non-exempt position.
Please note that actual pay will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range.
