T heideal candidate will have a strong background in customerrelationship management project management and experience withinfrastructure network security and network and voiceservices.

TheTechnical Project Manager will be responsible for planningexecuting and finalizing projects within defined timelines andallocated budgets.

The Project Manager will also ensure thatbusiness and end users are consulted and their input isincorporated into the project.

Key responsibilitiesinclude :

  • Trackand report on security audit findings and remediation progress tostakeholders and projectteams.
  • Responsiblefor isting agency executive management division directors andinformation technology (IT) staff and leading project tasks andresources including State personnel and deliverables.
  • Useappropriate project management tools reports templates mentoringtraining and coaching to IT project teams.
  • Workdirectly with agency staff as well as vendors in fulfilling andcarrying out the requirements of igned IT projects.
  • Utilizeproject management best practices including risk management qualitymanagement change management change control andcommunication.
  • Proactivelymanage changes in project scope schedule and cost.
  • Manageby providing leadership collaboration supervision training guidanceand support to project team members on igned projects.
  • Leadthe effort to ensure agency compliance with the States projectmanagement policies andstandards.
  • Coordinatesall related activities for crossfunctionalteams
  • Collaboratesto develop and appropriately execute a change strategy includingstakeholder ysis communication plans and adoptionplans.
  • Managesrelationships across OIT customers and vendors to develop athorough understanding of core business functions and alignprojects with overall business objectives.
