Clark Hill PLC is seeking an attorney with 4-6 years of construction litigation experience for its Construction Business Unit in Los Angeles or San Diego, CA.

All candidates must have the following experience :
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience;
- Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Detail-oriented and highly organized;
- Possess a solid work ethic.
Prior experience in construction, engineering, or architecture is preferred. Experience with insurance defense processes is considered a plus.
All candidates must have a strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school and must be currently licensed to practice law in California.
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $145,000 - $170,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule.
Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
