Our carpenters are a critical component to our operation. You will be called upon for your skill and creativity time and again as we meet the challenges in insurance restoration.

Team Qualifications (Requirements) :

• Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
• Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
• Having our own tools and vehicle are preferred
• Significant training and or experience in carpentry and drywall

Role on the Team (Job Functions) :

• Carpentry - finishing work, framing, roof construction, decks, fences, drywall
• Be available 24 / 7 when carpentry is needed during afterhours calls

Skills Desired of Team Member :

• Self-motivated to get results
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong carpentry skills and understanding of construction.
• Efficient, organized
• Ability to do finish carpentry, small plumbing and electrical functions, flooring installs, tiling, cabinetry are all helpful.
