Senior Program Manager, Commercial Software

Job Description

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of project / program management or related experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Experience leading projects with technical and non-technical teams

Experience defining, documenting, and providing guidance on processes

Proven success working with all levels of management

Experience developing and maintaining partnerships with third-party resources

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

PMP Certification

Experience managing enterprise software programs andcomplex technical systems

This role is categorized as hybrid . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren, MI, Austin, TX, Mountain View, CA, Roswell, GA three times per week, at minimum

Compensation :

The expected base compensation for this role is : $110,200- $176,100 . Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

Bonus Potential : An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
