Responsibilities :
- Recruit and onboard top talent through effective sourcing and screening strategies.
- Manage employee relations, fostering a positive work culture and resolving disputes.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Oversee performance review processes, providing guidance on employee development and goal setting.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, staying updated on relevant labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 4+ years of experience in HR generalist roles
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Compensation and Benefits :
