As the Associate, eCommerce Operations, you will be a critical player in our eCommerce operations, ensuring that content and product launches are flawlessly executed.

This role is the last touch before the consumer experiences NOBULLPROJECT.COM and demands a detail-oriented individual who is able to meet all deadlines, has experience in Shopify, and the ability to collaborate closely with teams across the organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Be an expert in the Shopify platform and maximize all native and enhanced capabilities to deliver an optimized consumer experience
  • Responsible for building and maintaining the site catalog, all PDPs, search and carousel algorithms. Ensure all elements of the site are built to maximize brand accretive conversion, consider the product occasions and hierarchy and align to the category strategies set by the product and site experience teams
  • Responsible for scheduling all content changes across the site and ensure timelines are adhered to. Be vocal about deliverables needed and workback plans to creative and product counterparts.

Look to optimize current processes and find solutions to be more efficient

  • Responsible for executing all promotions, consumer, internal and partner groups. Regularly track to ensure compliance and partner with the site experience and dev teams on adjustments needed to the technology to ensure the best consumer experience
  • Turn off / on products based on guidance from the commercial calendar and following out of stock guidelines
  • Responsible for internal search performance. Must regularly improve search through improved attributes, machine learning and adjusting weighted inputs to the algorithm.

Report regularly on search performance and opportunities

  • Be the liaison between Shopify and NetSuite where needed
  • Responsible for executing operational language throughout the site, partnering closely with customer service
  • Regularly troubleshoot issues and work with product and dev to input needed tickets
  • Partner with Digital Marketing, especially SEO, to ensure pages being featured in traffic activities are maximized for conversion
  • Ensure staying up to speed on all Dev and vendor updates and stay as the SME on all elements of the current site capabilities.

Partner with product and 3PP to be trained and regularly do join audits to make sure all elements are utilized

Responsible for any current or future site translation needs

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, site operations, or merchandising, preferably in the footwear or apparel industry
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to ensure deliverables are completed on time
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business goals
  • Expert-level understanding of Shopify platform's merchandising and site experience capabilities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage up, keen to improve processes and operations
