Job Title : Assembler
Job Description
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembler, where you will be part of a collaborative group, working in teams of 4-5 to assemble and inspect sunglasses from start to finish.
This includes assembly, inspecting, packaging, using a pad print machine, and labeling boxes. You will work across various shifts with mandatory overtime.
Your role is essential in ensuring each piece meets the high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 1 Year(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Foothill Ranch, California.
Work Environment
Manufacturing environment that is fast-paced and requires standing throughout the shift. The work involves highly repetitive short-cycle assembly tasks.
A casual dress code is in place but close-toed shoes are mandatory, and protective eyewear is provided and must be worn at all times.
An employee discount is offered after 90 days, and there are opportunities for advancement based on performance.
