Major Areas Under Responsibility :

Senior Design Lab Spaces

Primary Work Objectives :

Maintain a safe and functional workspace for Instructors and Students to use.

Maintain a current state of the lab spaces through routine monitoring.

Report and respond to all issues in a timely manner.

Primary Work Responsibilities :

Perform Routine Checklist Sweeps of the Lab Spaces

Report any issues including broken equipment or ill-state conditions.

Perform proactive preventative maintenance on equipment, and reactive repairs in a timely manner.

Maintain the stock and inventory of lab supplies and ensure they are readily available based on the class demand.

Seasonally prepare and breakdown Lab modules, ex. Robot Kits

Required Skill Sets :

Must be able to learn and exercise proficiency in :

Repairing and maintaining of Power Tool Equipment : Bandsaws, Belt Sanders, Etc. Troubleshooting basic issues with machines and learning modules.
