Daily Responsibilities for Director of Residential Services - LMHC / LISW / LMFT / CADC :
The Directorwill oversee operations of the Residential facility which includes adolescent, adult, and mother / child units.
Lead a team of unit coordinators as well as a large staff of clinicals / counselors and support staff and maintain best practices for clinical care Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Required Qualifications for Director of Residential Services - LMHC / LISW / LMFT / CADC :
- MA in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or other related fields
- Must have licensure of the following CADC, LMHC, LISW, LMFT or obtain this within 12 months of hire date
- At least 5 years of experience in related fields
- At least 3 years leadership experience / supervisor
- Experience in program development experience in residential services (educated in budget preparation and substance use disorder treatment)

Pay Details : $80,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience) + bonus eligibility
