SUMMARY OF SERVICES :

Offering varying levels of senior care, from IL, AL, Skilled, MC, and Rehab, many individuals and their families have been served well over the years, as The Davis organization continues to grow and evolve, meeting the demands of the market climate and ever-fluctuating changes in the industry.

Davis has undergone two significant transformations in their history, first with moving from a traditional medical-model nursing facility structure to a more home-like structure, renovating the existing healthcare facility into 10 "households" where our residents and staff operate as a family unit, allowing emphasis for a resident's individual choice, privacy parameters, and home-like comforts.

Secondly, in June 2023, Davis completed a $90M bond-financed expansion, broadening our business model to add Independent Living and compelling amenities to attract active adults to join a vibrant, engaging community.

Our community works diligently to ensure that the founder's original vision and mission prevail while continuing to build and scale the business to remain relevant and competitive in our dynamic marketplace.

To this end, excellence is sought in reaching targeted metrics and KPIs for all associates, working and collaborating as unit teams to meet / exceed collective goals.

COMMUNITY CULTURE

At The Davis Community, deliberate and diligent efforts are made to emphasize and focus on an underlying culture of respect and service that can be seen and felt by all.

Employees, residents, and guests of the community are treated with respect and personalized care to the best of the organization's ability.

The desire to continue to elevate all aspects of services is preeminent so that Davis can provide an empowering and caring retirement atmosphere filled with friends, enjoyment, and a fulfilling sense of community.

Our Leading advantages include :

  • State-of-the-art Facilities
  • On-demand Pay
  • Benefits begin after 30 days
  • Low-cost lunches
  • Free Membership to our gym and indoor pool
  • Shift differential
  • Work-life Balance
  • Growth
  • Competitive Wages

We spend about 2,000 hours per year at work. Why not make that time matter? For us, 'work that matters' is less about what you do, and more about how you do it.

The Davis Community requires that all current and new employees, including contract staff, receive an annual influenza vaccination and TB skin test unless a reasonable or disability accommodation is granted.

We are looking for caring and dedicated CNAs to join our team and contribute to our unique Household Model of care. As a bailor (CNA) you will be assigned to work 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays and will be required to provide coverage by working a total of 48 of the 52 weekends in a calendar year.

We offer caregivers a resident-focused philosophy and culture that blends into everything we do. We have 10 households on campus where residents and staff operate as a family.

Our vision is based on the belief that seniors needing care deserve privacy and choice in their lives which creates a home environment rather than a hospital-like institution.

Our caregivers work hard to enhance the quality of services while creating a warm household where residents feel at home.

Here at The Davis Community we value compassionate and dependable team players who are excited about embracing the household model of care! Apply now if you are interested in a fulfilling and service orientated career.
