Join us as anEntry Level Travel Assistant where youll be instrumental inensuring seamless travel arrangements for our valued clients andemployees.
This entrylevel role is ideal for those with a passionfor travel exceptional organizational skills and a customercentricmindset.
Youll work closely with clients to coordinate travelitineraries accommodations and related logistics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in booking flights accommodationsrental cars and other transportationarrangements.
- Research andrecommend travel options aligned with budget andpreferences.
- Ensure accuracy anduptodate status of all travel documents anditineraries.
- Act as the primarypoint of contact for travelers addressing inquiries and concernspromptly.
- Provide excellentcustomer service to ensure a positive travelexperience.
- Create and maintaindetailed travel itineraries including flight schedules hotelreservations and activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to securenecessary travel components.
- Prepare quotes itineraries and invoices related to travelexpenses for client review.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree inhospitality tourism or related field isadvantageous.
- Strong organizationaland multitasking skills.
- Excellentcommunication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Passion for travel andwillingness to adapt to industry dynamics.
