The Environmental Working Group (EWG), a leading environmental health research and advocacy organization, seeks an Executive Assistant.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our President and management team and assist with social media management.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and an understanding of social media platforms.

What you will do : Executive Support Maintain the President’s schedule of meetings and events. Coordinate complex and dynamic schedules of the President and management team, managing multiple calendars and ensuring appointments are efficiently scheduled and conflicts are resolved.

Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation logistics. Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications as needed.

Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Operations Team as needed. Social Media Support Monitor the President’s social media profiles, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.

Create content for the President’s various social media profiles, including X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. As needed, attending in-person events with the President to capture and publish content Qualifications : 3-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

Interest and / or experience with various social media platforms and their respective best practices. Ability to professionally handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

A professional who is skilled at accepting and incorporating feedback. Excellent communication and organization skills .

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding interpersonal skills, team-oriented and positive attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally across the organization.

Location : Remote position in Los Angeles, CA or San Francisco, CA preferred. Benefits : Annual salary range of $60,000 - $75,000.
