Contract

You should have excellent knowledge of the scrumframework with all its artifacts and techniques. You ll also needthe ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionallyfacilitating changes) with your mind set on deliverables.

Responsibilities :

Helping softwaredevelopment teams apply the Scrum framework.

Planning deliverables and helping teams monitorperformance.

Manage each project s scope andtimeline.

Facilitate internal communication andeffective collaboration.

Be the point of contactfor external communications (e.g. from customers orstakeholders).

Help teams implement changeseffectively.

Ensure deliverables are up toquality standards at the end of each sprint.

Guide development teams to higher scrummaturity.

Help build a productive environmentwhere team members own the product and enjoy working. onit

Facilitate the Agile development process andScrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprintreviews and retrospectives.

Coach and mentor thedevelopment team on Agile principles Scrum practices andselforganization to foster highperforming crossfunctional teams.

Serve as a servant leader removing impedimentsand ensuring the team has the necessary resources and support todeliver quality software on time.

Collaboratewith the product owner to manage the product backlog prioritizeuser stories and ensure alignment between business objectives anddevelopment efforts.

Promote and enforce Agilevalues principles and practices and create an environment thatfosters continuous improvement learning and adaptability.

Foster a culture of transparency collaboration and trustamong team members and stakeholders.

Track andreport team progress sprint metrics and project status tostakeholders facilitating communication and visibility of projectoutcomes.

Identify and resolve conflicts withinthe team and facilitate constructive problemsolving discussions topromote team harmony and collaboration.

Continuously monitor and assess team dynamics identifyingopportunities to enhance teamwork communication andproductivity.

Stay up to date with Agile andScrum best practices industry trends and emerging methodologiessharing knowledge and promoting continuous learning within theteam.

Requirements and skills

Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g. CertifiedScrumMaster (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) isrequired.

Familiarity with other Agileframeworks and methodologies such as Kanban Lean or XP isbeneficial.

Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) andcertification is a Plus.

Experience in a scrummaster role

Familiarity with softwaredevelopment

Solid understanding of Agileprinciples and Scrum framework.

Provenexperience working as a Scrum Master in Agile software developmentenvironments.

Strong facilitation and conflictresolution skills.

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships andinfluence team members and stakeholders.

Abilityto coach and mentor individuals and teams fosteringselforganization and continuous improvement.

Knowledge of Agile metrics tools and techniques fortracking and reporting project progress.

Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g. MSDevOps Jira Trello) and proficiency in using them for backlogmanagement and sprint tracking.

Excellentknowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition ofdone user stories automated testing backlog refinement)

Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal XPetc.)
