EDI & Shipping
At least 5 years of experience with A2000 system is a requirement for this position.
Bernardo Fashions, a leader in the apparel industry, engaging in wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and marketplace business models, is looking for an EDI & Shipping Specialist who is proficient in A2000 and has experience overseeing shipping, EDI, and allocation through 3PL warehouse operations to join the team.
This role involves creating customer cross-reference SKUs, processing orders and troubleshooting any issues to ensure timely accurate product delivery to our clients.
Knowledge of setting up and creating new EDI partners & testing is MUST.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily shipping, EDI and allocation operations in a 3PL warehouse setting
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all orders
- Manage relationships with logistics service providers
- Utilize A2000 software for inventory management and order processing
- Develop strategies to optimize shipping and warehousing processes.
- Work closely with sales team and warehouse team to achieve operational targets
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in logistics or warehouse management, preferably in apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of EDI & Shipping processes and standards
- Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively, as a team player, with diverse team members to achieve common goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- At least 5 years experience with A2000 software is a must.
- Must exhibit strong leadership skills that foster a positive and productive work environment
