COMMISSION ANALYST
- Calculate commission payments for the Commercial Team members technical software
- Enter additional deductions and adjustments for reps in CaptivateIQ
- Ensure all commission calculations are correct and compliant with company policies and sales plans
- Provide support to Reps in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, and commission calculations
- Be prompt in answering correspondence from Reps
- Supply Finance and Commercial Leadership with monthly reporting on Reps earned commission
