Job Description :

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Open Source Trainer to be part of our intelligence team with our military / IC customer.

The Trainer will work under limited supervision as a key member of the client's open source intelligence training team.

The Work :

  • Instruct collection and exploitation of Publicly Available Information (PAI) via use of OSINT tools
  • Instruct exploitation of social media and public accessible databases
  • Instruct the gathering, synthesis, and analysis of open source intelligence information in support of objectives related to force protection, counterterrorism, counternarcotic, and other areas of the Army mission
  • Instruct on how to Respond to Requests for Information
  • Provide input to curriculum development for OSINT training requirements
  • Provide support to operational planning, technical papers, and other tasks as directed by customer

Here's what you need :

  • Minimum 8 years' demonstrated intelligence experience w / MA / MS or 10+yr w / BA / BS
  • Graduate of Government OSINT Training courses (e.g., OS301 / OS302 or other formal training )
  • Experience utilizing Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) OSINT tools (e.g., BHTK, SILO, SCRAAWL, Data Miner, and Babel or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience in a field related to OSINT research, collection management, or analysis or the exploitation of PAI or social media
  • Prior military or government analytical training (e.g., all source, SIGINT, HUMINT or GEOINT)
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge of signature reduction and experience, collecting and exploiting from deep web and dark web information.
  • Experience training individuals

Bonus points if :

  • Experience conducting intelligence analytical support for the DoD
  • Foreign language capabilities of 2+ / 2+ DLPT or better
  • Basic familiarity with scripting languages and technologies such as Python, Java, or R

Security Clearance :

Must have an active TS / SCI clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia .

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is :

$83,900-$170,200 USD
