We are seeking a passionate, customer-oriented Group Sales Manager to join the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Atlanta-Galleria team in Atlanta, GA.

Compensation :
$55,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies for increasing group sales and maintaining a high occupancy rate.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to increase group sales.
- Monitor and analyze market trends in order to identify potential groups and develop new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the hotel's marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials, events, and pricing strategies.
- Achieve sales goals and quotas while maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the hotel's quality standards.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in sales management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in sales, business, hospitality, or related field.
- Knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing principles and processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- US Work Authorization and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
