Payroll Systems Coordination Supervisor
The full salary range for the Payroll Systems Coordination Supervisor is $90,400.00 - $169,000.00 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $149,350.

The Payroll Systems Coordination Supervisor is responsible for leading the Payroll Coordination team's daily operational support activities including the maintenance of the time and attendance reporting processes, coordination of payroll activities with the UCPath Center, shared services centers (SSC), and others.
The Supervisor troubleshoots issues and / or cases escalated by team members and / or SSCs to a resolution; reviews and provides guidance on complex payroll financial transactions, complex salary cost transfers, position funding, account reconciliations, complex time reporting, and nonresident alien taxation issues.
The Supervisor responds to payroll and financial inquiries from departments, shared services centers, and central offices, escalating issues to the manager and others as appropriate.
This position will assist the manager in the planning of payroll activities, time and attendance system administration, month-end and fiscal year-end activities, and other activities as assigned, including coordinating the review of business processes and the testing of system updates.
