Job Overview

We are seeking a Franchise Sales Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the sales and development team. This role plays a key part in managing the sales pipeline, coordinating with prospective franchisees, and ensuring an efficient and professional experience throughout the franchise recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain organized documentation, assist with lead tracking, and facilitate communication between internal departments and external candidates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Sales Support

• Assist with the preparation and processing of franchise disclosure documents (FDDs), applications, agreements, and onboarding materials
• Maintain and update the franchise sales CRM system to ensure accurate leads, prospects, and franchise agreements
• Train and / or assist team members in effectively utilizing the CRM system
• Track the sales pipeline from inquiry through discovery day to signed agreements
