Mandarin/English Sales Director

Rooted in 40 years of experience, Livius Prep is looking for people who are creative, innovative, and most importantly can build genuine relationships with students, families, communities, schools, and corporations.

We are growing both in-person and online and are looking for responsible, knowledgeable consultants who want to jump in with both feet to help us grow our company and connect with families and organizations around the world.

A significant percentage of our clientele speaks Mandarin as their primary language. Therefore we are looking for a director who can comfortably communicate and liaise for these families and students during the consultation as well as with tutors and staff.

This individual should be a seasoned sales consultant, comfortable not only working with individuals and families, but also with Asian community groups, schools, and educational organizations.

This is a full-time hybrid sales role based in Massachusetts . Some time in-office is expected, as are some weekend and evening hours.

However the schedule is flexible. . Hiring timeframe : we are looking to hire within the next month. Responsibilities : Respond to inquiries from website, phone calls, referrals and other marketing sources in a timely manner.

Connect with clients both face-to-face and over the phone, WeChat, or video conference. Reach out to generate partnerships with Asian community groups, schools, and corporations.

Provide excellent customer service while interacting with prospective and existing clients. Communicate effectively regarding services and program offerings.

Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets and quotas. Effectively solicit personally developed leads. Manage pipeline of inquiries, interviews, and enrollments.

Properly forecast weekly sales and revenue. Follow through on the entire sales process, never cutting corners. Uphold the highest of ethical standards.

Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English. Qualifications : 3+ years of success in intangible sales (education, fitness, health care) Experience selling within the K-12 education industry highly preferred, particularly to Asian families and community groups Ability to balance outstanding customer service and proactive sales, and the ability to overcome objections during the sales process Comfort with a fast paced, metrics driven and measured performance work environment Proven track record of achieving weekly, monthly, and annual outbound call volume, interview, and enrollment quotas Excellent organizational and verbal / written communication skills High ethical standards are a must Familiarity with WeChat a plus Eligible to work within the United States Within reasonable commute to our Lexington and Newton Massachusetts tutoring centers Compensation : Base salary $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience Mon thly, quarterly, and annual bonuses are also offered and can add up to 30-50% or more of the base salary Unlimited PTO after the first year 401k with match (match applies after 12 months of employment) health and dental benefits The Livius Prep Equal Opportunity Commitment : Livius Prep is an intentional equal opportunity employer.
