Job Description
This is 100% on site.
Export Documentation - assist with mail receipt, document printing, organizing documents, filing, scanning, document dispaptch via FEDEX, data tracking, organizing office supplies.
Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Education : High school diploma (Associate's degree preferred)
Experience : Minimum 2 years of office clerical experience to include data entry experience
Communication skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
- Computer Skills : Proficient in all Microsoft Basic programs. Special Skills : Be a motivated self-starter who has the desire to learn from others;
- ability to work independently or as part of a team; strong problem solving skills; time management and multitasking abilities;
and strong interpersonal skills.
