Duration : 12 Months Contract
Job Description :
- Must have 7+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering worked in automotive industry
- Must have 3+ years of experience with Power BI skills.
- Must have automotive domain experience
- Candidate should also have good project management skills
- Should have experience in Time Study, Line balancing, VA / NVA analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Layout Planning (AutoCAD)
- Good to have MODAPTS experience and he should have worked in Continuous improvement projects.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Utilize Power BI to collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Design and improve manufacturing systems and processes to increase efficiency.
- Conduct time studies and work measurements to support labor and process improvements.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Use data to drive decision-making and process improvements
- Lead and manage projects focused on process optimization and efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives, such as reducing downtime and optimizing resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on the financial impact of implemented changes.
