What’s the role?

Our Marketing Services Representative is responsible for providing quality support to our customers, dealers, sale reps and partners.

This is a position that promotes dynamic growth within the company, since it will play a critical role in connecting the functionality of marketing, sales, and legality.

Each MSR essentially helps to increase the productivity of our sales representatives, provide dealer customer service and assistance with other duties.

What you’ll do as our Marketing Services Representative?

• Providing world class customer support for various sales-related issues
• Carefully and thoughtfully analyzing data and deriving potential solutions for potential or existing customers and sales representatives
• Focusing on the purpose of promoting the company’s products and services
• Providing conclusion and recommendations to the sales structure for further actions
• Gather critical data via telephone or electronic inquiries with potential or existing customers
• Quickly understanding customer needs and effectively communicate benefits of Westlake products
• Qualifying new business and follow up on all sales leads that are assigned
• Responsible for tracking, creating and reporting results
• Working closely with sales to transfer qualified leads
• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with prospects and customers and gain their trust and respect

Qualities we look for in our Marketing Services Representative

• Must have Bachelor’s Degree; New professionals and new college graduates are welcome
• Strong communications skills (Written and Verbal)
• Detail-oriented
• Exceptional time management & organizational skills
• Efficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, high-integrity sales professional
• Thrives in a team environment
• Has the ability to work using Fax, Scanner & other general office tools
• Knowledgeable of Website navigation
• Previous work experience in marketing support environment, finance company or auto industry a plus, but not a requirement

What’s the expected pay for this role?

• $ per hour plus bonus potential of up to $1,530 a month based on performance.
• Salary : $35, - $54, per year
• The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
