Systems Administrator

Job Description : The Systems Administrator , reporting to the Manager, IT Operations, will play a key role in the Launch IT Operations team, focusing on the internal systems that help drive IT operations.

This position will work closely with the desktop support, engineering, and management teams on all aspects of the following technologies : ActiveBatch, SQL / Powershell / Python scripting, SFTP, PGP, VOIP, ZenDesk, Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP Responsibilities : Support the IT Automation Platform (ActiveBatch) by building and maintaining reporting and file move jobs, supporting internal requests for job creation, and troubleshooting failed jobs Support the client facing SFTP infrastructure by creating new SFTP users, troubleshooting client SFTP connection issues, and monitoring file transfers Manage Microsoft Windows servers Microsoft Active Directory and group policy management and administration Microsoft 365 Environment Management Perform user administration tasks for various third-party systems Manage enterprise contact center platform (VOIP) Manage / administer enterprise ticketing platform (ZenDesk) Assist the technical teams with escalated support calls and participate in an on-call support rotation for escalated issues Recommend and implement upgrades / changes to improve performance, maintenance, and cost reduction Facilitate escalation to external vendors to aid in problem resolution Provide production systems support including release promotion Educate other Launch Servicing team members in areas of technology Ensure full compliance with consumer lending regulations, established procedures, and policies Represent and communicate the mission and values of the company Ad-hoc assignments, duties and special projects as assigned Education & Other Minimum Requirements Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field.
