We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is devoted to the success of our portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES Uphold Property Standards : Maintain the appearance and functionality of shared spaces and exteriors, including landscaping.
Contribute to Strategic Planning : Assist in shaping goals and strategies for the property portfolio. Promote Sustainability : Introduce energy-saving and eco-friendly practices to reduce costs and impact.
