Job Title : Electrician Foreman
Job Description
Plans, supervises, and performs all phases of installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of electrical systems and service work in new or remodeled buildings.
This role requires a strong understanding of electrical schematics, layout, troubleshooting, and installation. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a foreman electrician.
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise all phases of electrical installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection.
- Perform electrical system installations and service work in new or remodeled buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Instruct and lead a crew in the execution of electrical projects.
- Ensure compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC) and all relevant safety regulations.
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a foreman electrician.
- Ability to run a project and instruct a crew.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
- Journeyman license.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
- Excellent supervisory skills.
- Experience in field operations and electrical repair.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with multi-family and commercial construction sites is a plus.
Work Environment
Work will be performed both indoors and outdoors on new construction sites, including multi-family and commercial buildings.
