Pastry Chef
A Local Boston Group is looking for a Fine Dining Pastry Chef for one of their locations.
Pastry Chef Job Requirements
Requirements : Must be fast-on-your-feet, possess an upbeat attitude, have the ability to lead a team, and have good time management (for self and pastry staff).
Must be a clean worker, have the ability to work in limited space, and have high-volume production capabilities / planning.
Must have the ability to multitask, have good inventory management skills, knowledge of costing and ordering, and quality control.
Should be a creative thinker who is interested in creating new pastry items and seasonal offerings in addition to daily items.
Must have at least two years' experience as a pastry chef.
Pastry Chef Compensation and Benefits
$58K to $65K a year
