What it’s like to be a RN Supervisor at JGS LIFECARE

As a new RN Supervisor at our Longmeadow facility, you can expect to lead the evening shift from 3 pm to 11 pm with energy and dedication.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing nursing staff, coordinating resident care plans, and ensuring adherence to protocols and regulations.

You will provide mentorship and support to the team while promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to deliver holistic care to our residents. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high-quality standards and fostering a positive environment for both residents and staff.

What we’re looking for in a RN Supervisor

To excel in the role of RN Supervisor at our Longmeadow facility, candidates must possess a valid MA RN License, demonstrating their commitment to upholding state regulations and standards of practice.

Additionally, successful candidates should exhibit strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make quick and informed decisions.

Proficiency in utilizing healthcare software and tools is essential to effectively coordinate resident care and manage staff activities.
