This privately owned and operated concept boasts an impressive and thoughtfully curated Wine List, elevated a la carte dining and a newly acquired large event space for catering and banquets.
We are looking for a 'hands on' candidate who can help to expand the brand, oversee new growth and wants to make a name for themselves in this industry!
The F&B Director will :
- Have 4+ years of upscale to fine-dining experience in Restaurants, Banquets, and Catering
- Extensive Wine Knowledge (Certification a PLUS and knowledge of Oregon and Washington Wines!)
- Ability to relocate to the Oregon Coast, RELO ASSISTANCE PROVIDED FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE! $$
- New Restaurant Opening experience a MUST!
- Catering and Banquet experience an ASSET!
- Ensure the utmost quality and consistency in food and service
- Have a passion for building, training, and leading a strong team
- Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals
