Job Title : Python Developer with Observability Experience

About The Role
We seek a highly skilled Python developer with Observability experience ( Minimum 5+ years of experience) to join our team and help us build and enhance our monitoring, logging, and tracing infrastructure.
In this role, the developer will develop scalable observability tools and ensure that our systems are performant and highly available.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all components of our platform are observable, traceable, and maintainable.
Techinical Skills
Proficiency in Python and experience in scripting for automation tasks or building monitoring tools.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic.
Strong knowledge of distributed tracing systems such as Jaeger, Zipkin, or OpenTelemetry.
Experience with logging systems (e.g., Cloud Logging, Fluentd, Loki) for log collection, aggregation, and analysis.
Understanding metrics, logging, and tracing fundamentals and how they are applied in distributed data processing architectures.
Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, including their observability and monitoring tools (Cloud Logging).
Solid understanding of DevOps and SRE practices, especially in terms of monitoring, logging, and service reliability.
Experience in building and maintaining dashboards for monitoring performance, service levels, and error rates in the Grafana
Experience in creating the alert policy and integrating with OpsGenie, Pager.
